Bookings Deposit Policy

To ensure your booking is confirmed, a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is required.
For advance reservations, Sanctuary cannot accept bookings for less than 2 nights.

If you are unable to alter your timetable, then please feel free to call us on the day to check availability for a one night stay.

Cancellations

Sanctuary's bookings deposit policy is that for cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded (less an AUD $22.00 handling fee).

For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless the rooms are unsold, in which case the deposit will be refunded (less a AUD $22.00 handling fee).

Maintenance Period

Sanctuary will be closed for it's annual Wet Season maintenance period from the 23rd December 2010 until the 1st April 2011.

Cautions

Sanctuary is located on the top of a steep hill giving wonderful views. However, the steep terrain means that to make the most out of Sanctuary, intending guests should be reasonably fit and physically active. Sanctuary regrets that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 11 years old.
